Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Care Management Platform provided by LiveCare d/b/a Clinii (“Clinii,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

The Clinii Care Management Platform is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution designed to support healthcare organizations in delivering structured care management services. The Platform includes tools for patient engagement, documentation, communication, billing compliance, and analytics related to chronic care management programs.

Access to the Platform is limited to authorized healthcare providers and their designated staff. Users are responsible for ensuring that use of the Platform complies with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Ensure data entered into the Platform is accurate and current
• Use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and applicable law

Clinii processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy regulations, including HIPAA. We act as a Business Associate to Covered Entities using the Platform for patient care activities.

While we strive to ensure continuous availability, Clinii may perform scheduled maintenance or emergency updates that could result in temporary service interruption.

Clinii may enhance, update, or remove features of the Platform at its discretion to improve performance, security, or user experience.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Platform access at any time in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or at the request of the account-holding organization.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinii is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or business arising out of your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
